At Quivranxghshul, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions, procedures, and timelines for returning products purchased through our website or other sales channels. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most products purchased from Quivranxghshul within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
Please note that certain products may have additional return restrictions, which will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered from their original condition
- Products with removed tags, labels, or original packaging
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Products purchased during final sale or clearance events, unless they are defective
- Personalized or custom-made items
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team through the contact page with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions within 2 business days
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RAN on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions
Please do not send items back without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking. Quivranxghshul is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
5. Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements. This inspection process typically takes 3 to 5 business days from the date we receive the item.
You will receive an email notification once your return has been inspected and processed, informing you whether your refund has been approved or if any issues were found.
6. Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note the following regarding refund timelines:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after the return is approved
- The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 5 to 10 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card
- For bank transfers, refunds will be sent to the originating bank account
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time and availability of your preferred item.
If the exchanged item has a different price, the difference will either be charged to or refunded to your original payment method.
8. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately through our contact page. Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect or damage
- Photographs showing the defect or damage
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account or payment method again, as processing times may vary
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted
- If you have done both of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us through our contact page
10. Consumer Rights Under Finnish Law
As a consumer in Finland, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, as provided by the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (kuluttajansuojalaki). This statutory right of withdrawal is in addition to our voluntary 30-day return policy.
To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to our contact address. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
